iciHaiti - Humanitarian : France will buy 550 tons of Artibonite rice

Ambassador of France accredited to Haiti, Elisabeth Beton Delègue visited the Association of Planters Moreau-Paye (APMP) in Pont-Sondé (Commune of Saint-Marc, Artibonite), where she was received by Fresnel Louis , President of the APMP.

As part of its food aid program, France buys each year tons for the National Program for School Canteens (PNCS) of the Ministry of Education.
So for the new school year 2017-2018, 550 tonnes of local rice will be bought by France to supply the PNCS.
