Haitian engineer Pierre Merolien Lovens was selected for the Hubert Humphrey program to pursue telecommunications engineering research for one year at the University of California at Davis, USA.
Pierre Merolien Lovens gave a lecture on July 25 on "Technology Policy in Haiti: A Look to the Future", surprising his audience on the evolution of telecommunications in Haiti.
