iciHaiti - Tourism : First edition of the Festival of the Gonâve 02/08/2017 08:41:47
The Festival of the Gonâve was an opportunity to raise awareness of the cause of Tourism as a driver of economic development. Whether it is the street vendors, the informal or the conventional operators, all participate as actors of tourism and development. The Minister of Tourism is convinced that the island of La Gonâve is conducive to the practice and development of water sports and recreation. Minister Menos took the opportunity to discuss with the elected officials possible and/or necessary adjustments in order to attract more tourists to the island of La Gonâve, on the one hand and initiate the development of the island. She announced the forthcoming launch of a series of studies to lead to the tourist development of the island of Gonâve. IH/ iciHaiti
