On Friday, 4 August, the Embassy of the United States in Port-au-Prince will officially launch the implementation phase of the projects selected under the Development Projects Competition "Perspectives-Jeunesse" launched last March https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-20455-haiti-notice-launch-of-the-perspectives-jeunesse-project-competition.html

Recall that this project competition is aimed at university graduating students in the fields of Health, Education, Environment, Good Political Governance and Technology.

The objective of the competition is to help young people to participate actively in the development of their community and to solve the problem of unemployment by setting up their own companies through the preparation of development projects and seeking funding.

5 projects were selected by a jury. Each winner will receive the sum of 2,000 US dollars with an accompanying of one year for the realization of his project.

Please note that the "Perspectives-Jeunesse" competition is funded by the US Embassy in collaboration with "Diagnostik Group" and the Haitian Research, Innovation and Creativity Group (GRICH).
