iciHaiti - Les Cayes : Beginning of restoration work at the Hotel Training Institute

Colombe Emilie Jessy Menos Minister of Tourism, accompanied by the Representative of the Tourist Association of Haiti (ATH) and the Representative of the HAVEN Foundation visited the infrastructure of the Hotel and Tourism Training Institute (IFORT) of Les Cayes Of in view of their restorations as part of the Caravan of Change.
The Minister also made an evaluation visit to Gelée a few weeks before the traditional festival held August 15 of each year.
Young people who are part of a team of the Interministerial Regional Planning Committee (CIAT) through the program "Jele Zewo Fatra" of fight against unhealthy and the deposits of rubbish on the beach of Gelée, also met Minister Menos. A possible twinning of the awareness campaign "Zafe touris se zafe tout moun" with this team of young people was discussed and considered.
