Monday at the National Palace, was held a Council of Ministers to the extraordinary around :

1.- A preliminary draft law revising the decree of 1 February 2006 laying down the arrangements for the organization and functioning of the departmental authority;

2.- A Draft Decree renewing the state of emergency, decreed at the end of June https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-21377-haiti-news-zapping.html iin the Nippes, South, Grand Anse and North-West departments and the national environmental emergency, for a further period of one month.

After discussion and analysis, these two texts were adopted. The draft law will soon be sent to Parliament for legal consequences and the Order will be sent to the Official Journal "Le Moniteur" for publication.
