Friday, President Jovenel Moïse, accompanied by engineer Fritz Cayot, Minister of Public Works and several parliamentarians, went to Carrefour Joffre (Artibonite) as part of the installation of a gravel plan and an asphalt plant.

These important infrastructures will provide the materials and asphalt necessary for the construction of numerous roads in the departments of Artibonite and the North-West, including the road that connects Gonaïves (at the level of Carrefour Joffre) with the city of Gros-Morne and that which connects Carrefour Joffre to Port-de-Paix.
