Friday at Les Cayes, a Center for Reception and Delivery of Identity Documents (CRLDI) temporarily housed to the kindergarten "Les libellules" located at the Rue Duvivier near the beach of La Tourterelle was opened.

The Center is equipped to produce birth certificates and national identification cards on-site. Staff from the State-Civil, electronic data entry operator of the National Identification Office (ONI) and technicians of the National Archives are available on site at all times to serve the population of the Savannah area in particular.
