According to testimony the incident occurred during an altercation between the moto-taxi and the owner of the dog for an unknown reason, the dog would have freed himself and attacked our compatriot. Others say that it was the owner of the dog who released the animal and ordered him to attack the Haitian... The Taxi-motorcycle driver suffered deep and severe bites in his leg and his left foot and was rushed by a 911 ambulance to a nearby medical center. The owner of the animal that escaped after the incident has not been identified and is being sought by the Sosua Police. SL/ iciHaiti
