iciHaiti - Politics : Training of 300 young people in cell phone repair
Earlier this week Régine Lamur, Minister of Youth and Sports, has launched the week of training in mobile phone repair at the Lycée Alexandre Pétion for 300 young people.
From the districts of Fontamara, Martissant, Carrefour, Gran Ravin, Bel-Air, Delmas, Pétion-Ville, Clercine, Cité Soleil, Cité Cabrit, Maniga, Croix-des-Bouquets, Mirebalais, Léogâne, these young people will participate until September 1, 2017, to introductory training sessions on cellular telephony, cell phone software, entrepreneurship and civic education.
"No community, no collectivity, no society can be dynamic, equitable and prosperous without the training of its youth," said Minister Lamur, stressing the importance of young people who must be continued to be accompany by ensuring their socio-economic integration and is committed to multiplying initiatives favoring the supervision, integration and socio-professional integration of young people.
