Friday, President Jovenel Moïse, accompanied by Engineer Fritz Caillot, the Minister of Public Works visited the site of the deviation of the section Carrefour Joffre/ Port-de-Paix / Anse à Foleur, at Poste Coutant (Carrefour Joffre) in order to ensure of the progress of work to improve the transport and living conditions of the population.

The construction of this road linking the departments of the Artibonite and North-West, launched on August 10, is one of the many promises of campaign of the Head of State to the population of the Northwest.
