On Saturday, September 23, at the Regina Assumpta College (Cap Haïtien), Toussaint David, the Digital Communications Officer of the Office of the Senator Dieudonne Luma Étienne, represented the Northern Senator at the Graduation Ceremony of the 1st Promotion of students at the level of Diploma of Specialized Higher Education (DESS) and Maitrise at the Institute of Sciences, Technologies and Advanced Studies of Haiti (ISTEAH).

His presence was part of a logic that sought to enhance human capital, the university system in the region and the decentralization of vocational training for young people in the provinces of the country.

Senator Étienne fully encourages all efforts to maintain this clear flame of Christophian pride in a region known for producing women and men with great technical, epistemological and intellectual capacity.
