Friday, President Jovenel Moïse, accompanied by engineers-topographers, parliamentarians and notables of the Department of Nippes, launched the diversion works of the river Baradè.
This work will save the lives of the people of Baradè, who suffers great damage each time when the river rises and enter in flood.
