Aviol Fleurant, the Minister of Planning and External Cooperation visited the central office of Plan International Haiti.

Minister Fleurant discussed with the National Director and Haiti's management team on how Plan International in Haiti integrates young people in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. Questions were also addressed to the Country Director on Plan International Haiti's post-Matthew response in the Grand-Anse area.

"The government leans on Plan to continue to empower children and young people, especially girls, to help them integrate and participate better in the development of this country. Plan is also one of the oldest productive and reliable NGOs in Haiti thus far," concluded the Minister after his visit.

Note that Plan International operates today in more than 50 countries around the world.
