Régine Lamur, the Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action during her tour in the North met with the engineer Robert Dugué representatives of the Football Inter Club Association (FICA), Jacques Edmond of the Capoise Sportive Association (ASC) and Marc Donald Bailey of Real Hope Academy.

Exchanges took place around the mission of the National School of Sports Talents (ENTS), the placement mechanisms of young people of ENTZ in the clubs, of models of practice and development of the sport, the subsidy of the football clubs in the North, Real Hope Academy's participation in the CONCACAF Champions Clubs and the renovation of the play area of Parc St Victor, which are not yet finalized...

Given the importance and the number of topics discussed, the Minister Lamur proposed to the representatives of the clubs the holding of a special meeting to harmonize their actions and to discuss in depth all the questions relating to the football in the department.
