iciHaiti - UEH : End of fees for end of studies memoirs

The Council of the State University of Haiti (UEH), at its last ordinary session held in Montrouis adopted four resolutions on the distribution of the budget 2017-2018; the reserve duty of members of the Executive Council and the University Council; on the prohibition of teachers of the UEH to require students to pay a fee to accompany them in the realization of their graduation memoirs and finally and the construction project of the main campus of the UEH.
With regard to memoirs, however, there is an exception to Article 2 which states: "It is understood that this resolution does not concern memoirs funded by certain projects executed with third-party institutions or organizations whose budgets clearly provide for an allocation for their supervisors. The University Council threatens sanctions against all teachers who do not respect these measures."
