iciHaiti - Nippes : The Fridays of the environment
Yesterday, as part of the 5th edition of "Fridays of the environment" Dieumaître Maurice, the Departmental Director of the Nippes (DDN) of the Ministry of Environment (MDE), presented all the activities carried out by the MDE in profit of the population of Nippes.

According to Mr. Dieumaître, which have created hundreds of jobs.
Regarding the reforestation needs of the department, he said that the DDN in the last 7 months has already distributed hundreds of thousands of seedlings and cuttings to residents of communes of the department of Nippes. More than 500 m3 of thresholds, 600 linear meters of stone wall and more than 2,500 linear meters of terrace were realized by the Ministry in this department in addition to the training of the Agents on the Reforestation and the Climatic Change.
