iciHaiti - Economy : What does the law say on the organization of work in 3 X 8 hours
The law on organizing and regulating work over the 24-hour period, spread over three 8-hour periods, published by President Jovenel Moïse in the Official Journal "Le Moniteur" aims to promote full employment, encourage investment in all economic sectors of the country and put an end to all obstacles that could hinder the freedom of work guaranteed by the Constitution.

The State has set itself the goal of ensuring the strict application of this law, which authorizes night and day work and mixed work (day and night working hours). In line with the Head of State's vision, "this measure will improve the living conditions of the Haitian population and produce positive impacts on the country's economic growth".
