iciHaiti - Social : 10 Haitian Associations Winners of the PISCCA Fund

Monday, November 13, the Embassy of France will present the 10 Haitian associations winners of the Fund "Innovative Projects of Civil Societies and Coalitions of Actors" (PISCCA), in the presence of the Ambassador of France, Elisabeth Beton Delègue and the Ambassador of the European Union Vincent Degert.

Selected from more than 150 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), these associations will receive financial and operational support from the French Embassy to implement development projects in the areas of citizenship, sport, youth, the media and the genre.

Amounting $470,000 PISCCA fund is a new instrument aimed at strengthening civil society in Haiti. Its objective is to bring out CSOs that can intervene effectively on the ground, in coordination with the State services, local authorities and external stakeholders.
