Members of the Dominican Army and of the Specialized Border Security Corps (CESFRONT) arrested a Haitian woman, Jacqueline Marcadieu, at the Copey military checkpoint, Monte Cristi, traveling on a public transport bus and carrying drugs.

When the Haitian was arrested, several marijuana bullets were found inside her luggage. The arrest was carried out by members of the CESFRONT. Jacqueline Marcadieu was sent to the Monte Cristi prosecutor's office for the corresponding purposes.
