iciHaiti - Cap-Haitien : Vertières Cultural Festival
Saturday in Cap-Haïtien, as part of the commemoration of the 214 years of the Battle of Vertières, the Ministry of Culture through its North Departmental Directorate organized the "Vertières Cultural Festival".
"This Festival is an opportunity for the Ministry to offer young people, musical groups and theatrical companies the opportunity to contribute to the cultural recovery of the Department and to create a good precedent between the actors and the institution," explained Minister Culture Limond Toussaint, who promised to accompany the North Region of the country in the implementation of its cultural strategy.
David Toussaint, Departmental Director North, while thanking the Central Office of the Ministry, took the opportunity to express his satisfaction with the success of this event "I thank the Minister Limond Toussaint who gave me his unconditional support to reconnect with good artistic practices and make the North Department the cultural destination par excellence."
