David Toussaint, the North Departmental Director of the Ministry of Culture, met with Ms. Fanny Léon, Coordinator and Yvon Charles Social and Cultural Mediator of the Management Organization of the Destination North of Haiti (OGDNH), on a partnership for the realization of the project "Christmas Market of Cap-Haitien".

Remember that the Christmas Market is an initiative of the North Directorate of Culture aimed at boosting the artistic and cultural sector, allowing the various structures to increase their income, develop their economic activity and in particular to promote local works throughout the period of the nativity.
