Thursday, November 30 at the House of Writers in Montreal will be launched the book "Démocratie, Mythes et Limites" (Democracy, Myths and Limits) by John Miller Beauvoir, published on account of author.

This book is a work highlighting, on the one hand the citizen tormented by the setbacks of his country, Haiti in its path erratic towards democracy and on the other hand, the political scientist who must take a step back from the hasty, passionate and often truncated reading of the news.

The author uses his concrete experience in the promotion of democracy and various theories of political science to objectively evaluate the performance of the democratic regime while highlighting its myths and limitations.

During this evening of launch and sale signing, the author will make an overview of the strong ideas and conclusions of his book.
