Three Haitian football technicians are in Martinique from November 28 to December 3 to participate in a training seminar at the end of which they will become "instructors trainers" of the Football Confederation of North America, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF). They are Carlo Marcelin, Secretary General of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF), Wilner Etienne of the National Technical Director, and Pierre Chery, Physical Preparator.

This seminar is organized under the auspices of CONCACAF with the participation of the technicians of the member federations.
