These structures enable the registration and referencing of vulnerable migrants, who have returned from the Dominican Republic voluntarily or deported to Haiti (nearly 250,000 since June 2015) towards the assistance structures (medical centers, accommodation centers and other structures supported by the Ministry of Social Affairs). Recall that a fourth and last CRF, is currently under construction in Ouanaminthe while two centers are already operational in Anse-à-Pîtres and Belladère.
