An information session on the operating procedures of the World Bank was held last week for managers, technicians and heads of autonomous agencies under the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Anabela Abreu, the representative of the World Bank in Haiti took the opportunity to confirm that Haiti in regard of the criteria of the WB for the 82 member countries of the consortium, is eligible for concessional loans (loan at low rates see 0% interest with often the beginning of deferred repayment).
