iciHaiti - Technology : Presentation of the SIGMAP IT platform

The workshop responsible for developing the strategy for implementing an integrated management IT platform and of monitoring of operations related to the planning, procurement, control, execution and regulation procedures of public procurement in Haiti, has made it possible to present the Integrated Public Procurement Management System (SIGMAP) and to collect the validation of the National Commission for Public Procurement (CNMP) and the first financing notice from the Technical and Financial Partners (TFP).
Let's recall that the main objective of the SIGMAP software platform is to modernize the management of all information related to public procurement, from the procurement phase to the regulation phase, and to help build capacity in the field. The implementation of SIGMAP will improve the management system of Haitian public procurement to make it more reliable, efficient and transparent.
