iciHaiti - Politic : Towards improving the supply and quality of services to citizens

On the initiative of the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH), a working meeting was held this week with the Directors General of the National Archives, the Immigration and Emigration Service, the General Administration of Customs (AGD), the National Office of Identification (ONI), the National Directorate of Drinking Water and Sanitation (DINEPA) and the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI), with a view to develop a Charter of Commitments around the improvement of the quality to user services.
In this sense, more than 40 centers for the reception and delivery of identity documents (CRLDI) will be created across the country before the end of the five-year period. Already, at the level of each administrative center, an administrative and socio-cultural center is established.
During this first meeting, the Directors General reported on the difficulties encountered in their respective institutions and expressed their support for the call of the OMRH.
