The Consulate of Haiti in French Guyana invites the Haitian community and friends of Haiti, to a mass commemorating the 214 years of the proclamation of the independence of Haiti, Monday, January 1, 2018 at 16:00 at Notre Dame Church of Kourou.

This mass will be followed by an artistic show and the sharing of the traditional giraumont soup (soup joumou), at the media library, located at the Street Thomas Guidiglio, Kourou.

As part of this activity, Monday, January 1 from 1pm , a bus of 60 seats will be available in front of the Consulate for those who want to go to Kourou.
