On Friday Prime Minister Jack Guy Lafontant met, in his Official Residence, a delegation of the Dance Institute Lynn Williams Rouzier, finalist in Philadelphia of the "Youth America Grand Prix" one of the most prestigious classical ballet competition through the world https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-23347-haiti-news-zapping.html

"This is a good sign for the country [...] it is with great pleasure that I received the finalists of a great classical dance competition in the United States where they will represent our country. I wanted to congratulate them personally and wish them much success. Congratulations again," said the Prime Minister before congratulating the entire dancer team for qualifying for the grand final of the competition scheduled for April 12-20 in New York.

To demonstrate the support of the Government at the Lynn Williams Rouzier Dance Institute (52 years of existence), the Prime Minister has promised additional help to Ronaël Chéry, one of the three young dancers finalists, who must leave the country for a year of improvement.

Moved, the young Ronaël Chéry thanked the Head of Government. It should be noted that all the members of the delegation received a decoration from the hands of the Prime Minister.
