The Dominican Civil Aviation Council (JAC) announced in a resolution, the suspension for a period 90 days of CAE Economic Approval Certificate #2, issued to Pan America World Airlines, Airways Dominicana SA, Pawa Dominicana, alleging non-payment of fees and aeronautical and airport services.

The resolution of the Council provides that Pawa Dominicana has 10 working days to present evidence that it deems appropriate in favor of its interests.

The JAC through its facilitation division informs that there will be a staff at the Las Americas International Airport, to assist and guide the passengers affected by the suspension of airline operations and the cancellation of flights to different destinations.
