As part of the Caravan of Change's launch on February 7th, President Moïse announced that during the first fat day of National Carnival to be held in Port-au-Prince, in addition to the traditional parade of floats, musical groups and walking bands, the revelers will not fail to be surprised by attending a parade of heavy equipment of Public Works of North West.

Far from limiting himself to this curious parade of machinery in Port-au-Prince, the Head of State announces that other similar parades will take place in other Carnivals and other cities of Haiti.

Thus the parade of heavy machinery in the Artibonite will take place this Friday, February 2 and Sunday, February 4 in Jacmel, those of the North West paraded today.

The dates of the parades of equipment of the South, Nippes, Grand'Anse and Center will be known soon.
