Arol Élie, the President of the Council of the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Disputes (CSC / CA) in a note dated 2 February 2018, notifies the senators in general and the public in particular, that it has not issued any certificate of discharge to Max Rudolph St-Albin [the current Minister of the Interior since March 2017], in his capacity as former Director General of the Office Accident Insurance Labor Maternity (OFATMA).

The President of the CSC / CA states that "the Judgment Procedure of the concerned is in process" and that this notice "is published to serve and to be valid for all purposes."
