Tuesday, Stephanie Auguste the Minister of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE) signed an agreement with Duy Khuat Son, the Deputy Director General of the national phone company, NATCOM S.A.

According to Minister Auguste, thanks to this global cooperation agreement on information technology and telecommunication services, the Ministry will soon have the technical means to enable its various directorates and services to respond effectively to their mission for the most greatest satisfaction of compatriots of the diaspora.
