Leon Ronsard Saint-Cyr, the Secretary of State for Public Safety reminds all motorists that the Police has been ordered to arrest and bring to justice all those who use beacon, siren and tinted windows WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION throughout the territory, with a vehicle registered rental, private or state service.

The Office of the Secretary of State takes the opportunity to ask the public to help monitor these offenses, denouncing the careless drivers at the Alert Center of the Office of the Secretary of State for Public Security at the following numbers :
