Friday, in Gros-Morne (Dept. Artibonite) several armed individuals robbed a branch of the Fonkose Credit Union.
During the robbery at least 3 employees were injured. The bandits fled with the money from the Credit Union and all the valuables of the customers. According to eyewitnesses, a shootout broke out between a police patrol and the bandits at the time of their escape, several bullet shots attest to this shooting. The bandits managed to escape...
The Gros-Morne police arrested three people (two Credit Union of the Credit Union and the development officer) for questioning.
