iciHaiti - Justice : A raped minor testifies, her attacker boycott the Judge

Wednesday in Petit-Goâve, a minor raped aged 17 years, responding to the invitation of Judge of instruction Fritzner Duclair was auditioned for several hours. The journalist Joseph Ephésien, accused of this act, voluntarily boycotted the summons of Judge Duclair without having requested postponement of hearing.
Women activists, members of 4 feminist organizations of Petit-Goâve, the Organization of Progressive Women for the Advancement of Haiti (OFPAH), Haitian Women in Action (FHA), Hope for Haitian Women and the Union for Development and Respect for Haitian Women (UDREFH), have come to show solidarity with the victim, condemning gender violence they claim justice and reparations for the minor.
