In the first period, not far from the penalty area Ketna Louis opened at the 10' the score for Haiti [1-0]. Despite a defensive regrouping of the Virgin Islands, our Grenadières scored 7 goals before half-time. Back from the locker room when the score is [8-0] our ruthless Grenadières have continued to roll the Virgin Islands scoring 6 more goals. Note the quadruple of the remarkable Bacheba Louis (24th, 41st, 47th and 72nd), the double of Melissa Dacius (43rd and 64th) and the triplet of Sherly Jeudy (45th, 88th and 90th + 1) and also the goals of Ketna Louis, Phiseline Michel, Roselyne Éloissaint and Isnada Lebrun. In total Haiti scored 21 goals without cashing a single in 180 minutes of play against the US Virgin Islands... The new national coach Defour recognizes that unfortunately, this team of the Virgin Islands did not allow him to really evaluate the work already done with the Grenadières in the space of a month he is at the head.
