Wednesday in Jacmel, Meniol Jeune the Director General of the Ministry of National Education chaired the 2nd Forum of Departmental Directors of Education (DDE), which was held mainly around State exams.

Director Jeune recalled the importance of this forum and hope that the quality of thinking contributes to improving the quality of education in Haiti.

The State Examinations Commission gave a complete overview of the state of preparation of state examinations at all levels, and these were the main points that were discussed by the participants: printing of cards, elaboration of items and editing of texts, recruitment of staff for examinations, instructions for the oversight and supervision of examination centers.

For its part, the Directorate of Administrative Affairs has clarified around the budget of state examinations and allocations by Departmental Directorate of Education (DDE) and reminded some guidelines for good management of funds.

The entire machine is mobilized and by the end of next week, all operations will be completed to move to the phase of passing the tests, accorind the information provided by the concerned.
