The engineer Jean David RODNEY, Director General of the National Council of Telecommunications (CONATEL) informs the general public that due to the respect of the administrative norms in the matter, the CONATEL does not receive any subsidy files that is not directly related to the missions and responsibilities of the institution consisting to manage radio spectrum resources and to contribute to the development of Telecommunications and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) [...]"

"[...] CONATEL's General Directorate hopes that the potential applications will find the appropriate answers to other institutions of the public authorities more empowered, by their missions and means, to honor them."

Recalling that the General Directorate wishes to work in the future with organizations, associations, natural or legal persons on projects in line with the objective of putting telecommunications and ICTs at the service of citizen development. To this end, the CONATEL website will be redesigned to serve as an interface with the various communities regarding the opportunities and advantages that the Regulator's activity offers to the population.
