iciHaiti - France : Success of the Festival «Ayiti Fest»

On July 21st at the Dungeon Park in Septmonts (Aisne Dept., Northern France), the 3rd edition of Festval "Ayiti Fest" made no less than 1,500 entries on a sunny day. A success for Olivier Vacandare, President of the organizing association "The new life in Haiti" (La nouvelle vie à Haïti) which bet on 1,000 participants. Given the growing popularity of this festival, the organizers plan to carry it out over 2 days next year.
This festival, completely free, brought together five groups of Creole, African and Jamaican inspirations, including the Motolo group, headliner of the festival. To wait between each artist, the "Sambabulles Batucada" made the audience dance to the sound of drums.
