Following several months of investigation, according to a judicial source, the investigating judge Jean Wilner Morin has charged for money laundering, Jean Anthony Nazaire ex-close guard of former President Jean Bertrand Aristide. Nazaire would have an important heritage including: 1 hotel, 4 properties, 10 vehicles and several bank accounts...

The case file has not yet been sent to the Public Prosecutor's Office, but the Government Commissioner Ocnam Clamé Daméus of Port-au-Prince said he was ready to put the defendants on trial once the case in hand.
