Friday for the first of the 3 days of the traditional Rosary Festival organized by the Municipal Council of Croix-des-Bouquets https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-25715-icihaiti-croix-des-bouquetsrosary-festival.html the atmosphere was at the rendezvous in front of the premises of the City Hall, where thousands of festival-goers, despite a light rain, gathered in front of the official stand to dance to the performances of the DJ's Ascoli Mix and WillyMix Son, artists and one of the tenors of root music, the group Racine Mapou de Azor.
On Saturday, hundreds of Catholic faithful participated in the streets of the Commune, in the religious procession, with the icon of Our Lady of the Rosary. The Mayor of Croix-des-Bouquets, Rony Colin, accompanied by his Head of Cabinet, Jacky C. Pierre and other executives of the City Council, participated on foot from Marassa crossroads to the Parish, alongside the faithful to this religious parade.
The Festival continued to the delight of the carnivals who came in large numbers with the DJ Dave who marched on sound tank Marassa crossroads to the front of the Town Hall, Mixes DJ's Ascoli Mix and WillyMix Son, and the performance of Koudjay and Roody RoodBoy and other guest artists.
