Friday, as part of the 2018 Mexico Amputee Football World Cup, after 3 straight wins Spain [2-0] https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-25962-haiti-handifoot-world-cup-victory-of-haiti-[2-0]-against-spain.html , Ukraine [2-1] https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-25981-haiti-news-zapping.html, Angola [2-1] https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-25991-haiti-news-zapping.html , our Grenadiers defeated in the 8th final against Poland [2-1] https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-26008-haiti-news-zapping.html and lost all hope of podium and the title of champion, played one last match against Italy (the loser against Angola).
A match led by Italy [1-0] finally won by Haiti thanks to the goals of Denis Gustave, Redondo El Principe Richard, John Spinoza [1-3], victory that allows our brave Granadiers to stay in the competition with the possibility of reaching a place close to the podium.
In their next match, our National Selection will play against Japan.
