The Office of the Protection of the Citizen (OPC), in the interest of promoting the Right to Leisure enshrined in Article 24 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, through the Departmental Directorate of the South, organizes a soccer championship "FootDwamoun" in partnership with the intrepid foundation of Les Cayes.

This championship, which runs from 2 to 24 December 2018 on a pitch located at Dexia 8, not far from the OPC regional office, brings together 8 football teams, each of which is made up of players aged 16 to 20.

Before the opening of the Championship, Me Renan Hedouville, the Director of the OPC took the opportunity to present the institution to young footballers and instil in them the values of human rights such as tolerance, fraternity, mutual aid, respect, justice, peace and responsibility.
