iciHaiti - Heritage : A Franco-Haitian consortium for the restoration of the forts of Saint Louis du Sud

Marie-Christine Stephenson, the Minister of Tourism met with the representatives of the Institute of National Heritage Safeguard (ISPAN) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for an evaluation assessment of the first visit of the French firm Aurelie Rouquette architecture, in "consortium" with the Haitian firm Acor. Let's recall that this French firm was mandated by the Technical Implementation Unit of the Ministry of Economy (prime contractor) for the Ministry of Tourism, concerning the design and supervision of the restoration and conservation works of the Forts of Saint Louis du Sud.
It should be noted that the French firm has 6 months to submit a complete file of the restoration, consolidation and tourist enhancement project of the Fort des Oliviers and Fort Saint Louis (currently being classified by UNESCO).
