In a note, the Primature "expresses its deepest indignation over a 'MEMO' circulating on social networks reporting a request for a bonus of one million gourdes for members of the Cabinet of the Prime Minister to the occasion of the end of the year celebrations.
"
This "MEMO" is absolutely false says the Prime Minister which "strongly denounces such practices whose authors, ill-intentioned, will be identified and prosecuted according to the law."
