Following the recent socio-political events that paralyzed the pre-carnival days in the Christophian City and in order to TAKE a final decision favorable to all, on the realization or not of Carnival 2019, in the second city of the country, the Town Hall of Cap-Haïtien will meet the actors and cultural operators involved in the organization of the Carnival.

The Town Hall of Cap-Haïtien will meet Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at the City Hall the following actors:

- Departmental directors and authorities of local authorities, at 1:00 pm
- The cultural press and promotional operators, at 3:30 pm
- Disguised Groups, Music Group Leaders, Walking Bands, DJs, at 4:30 pm
