In a note Khuat Duy Son, the Deputy Director General of the telephone company NATCOM, informs that in recent days, the company has been faced with a difficult situation affecting the stability of the network in some areas.

"[...] We offer our sincere apologies to all the customers affected by this unfortunate situation and we take this opportunity to thank all those who have continued to trust us and support us during this difficult time.

As a result, Natcom will provide on behalf of all its customers located in the areas concerned : 1,000 HTG (Natcom calls and SMS - Natcom) and 1.2 GB of Internet to be used during the period from 16 to 18 March 2019. Customers in affected areas using optical fiber will receive a discount on the next payment [...]
