As part of the implementation of the technical cooperation policy of the Ministry of Planning and the Canadian Fellowship Program for Francophonie, Jean Claudy Pierre Minister of Planning, in the presence of the Haitian Government officials and the Ambassador Canadian accredited in Haiti, André Frenette, officially presented to the Montana Hotel, the 7 candidates selected by the joint committee (Haiti-Canada) for the continuation of their studies in graduate cycles.

Of the 7 candidates selected, 6 will continue their studies in the master's and the 7th at the doctoral level.

These scholarships were awarded in the areas of public health, economic policy management and administration for specific, full-time programs.

The procedure for awarding these scholarships followed three (3) very important steps : that of priority by the sectors, that of the first choice of candidates by a national committee and finally that of the final choice by Canada.
